Navigate the Grader.io dashboard efficiently — your central hub for submissions, customers, analytics, and settings.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized into five main sections, each designed for specific workflows:

1. Submissions Hub

Recent activity and lead management

  • Recent Submissions - Latest form entries with scores and status
  • Quick Actions - Approve, reject, or route leads with one click
  • Score Distribution - Visual breakdown of lead quality (Hot/Warm/Cold)
  • Filtering - Sort by date, score, source, or custom criteria

2. Customers Overview

Lead database and contact management

  • Customer List - All leads with contact information and scores
  • Lead Profiles - Detailed view of individual prospects
  • Interaction History - Track touchpoints and engagement
  • Export Options - CSV downloads for external systems

3. Graders Management
